CANES RATINGS MOVE UP: The Carolina Hurricanes were on the rise this year, both on the ice and in the television ratings.
The Canes’ regular-season television numbers were up 53 percent this year, rising from a rating of 1.02 in 2019-2020 to 1.56 in 2020-2021. The team was televised on the Bally sports network, which previously had been Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Southeast.
